Cleaning of the products?
For cleaning a product we recommended using ordinary window cleaner, which is sprayed on to a clean cloth, then wiped on the product.

How much power does Vireoo – Professional use doing standby?
Vireoo – Professional uses 0.2 Watt in standby mode.
How can Mensa Heating’s products become CO2 neutral?
All Mensa Heating products are electrically powered. The products are equipped with a custom-made Quartz shortwave bulb, with low wattage consumption. If you choose to buy electricity produced by renewable energy, Mensa Heating’s products will become CO2 neutral, which we of course recommend.
How does bulb works?
The custom-made Quartz shortwave bulb is only 0.4 kW. It does not heat up the surrounding air, but forms infrared heat, that first heats up when the rays of the light hits an object/person. The heat source, therefore does not use unnecessary energy to heat up the air.
